Occasionally I pull this video up to remind myself of what a presidential address should look like. Obama's wit, charm, grace and intelligence are a thing to behold, and to aspire to. Americans are lucky to have had him as their leader.

Excellent? If he cared about our debt he wouldn't be traveling when he has less than six months. He tries to embarrass us in every nation, he's always apologizing for one America has been. We were a lot of things before he got here. He doesn't tell the Gulf nations taken no refugees.

Nine minutes into this speech, and I need a box of tissues, to wipe the tears from my eyes. So this was a little less than 8 years ago, but it seems like 800 years! This reminds me of what it was like to have a young President (younger than ME, by seven years)!

Thank you, Mr. The President, thank you for the heritage you left in those powerful nations and beyond. Your words in Canada and the British parliament will live forever in our memories. In the memories and the hearts of the generations who believe in equality, diversity, and inclusion. This speech and the one given at the British Parliament will go down in history as one of the strongest speeches ever for our nations. Our nations are not united only by borders but also by thoughts and ideologies. They are united by values and principles, indeed the are universal. Merci Barack.

Canadians are nice, appreciate it!
@linodo82838 жыл бұрын
Aiden Pierce Well yeah but its kinda inefficient. I mean the speaker (obama) has to wait for them to sit back down, and if i were there, being forced to stad up every few minutes sounds like a workout. Being nice is okay and all but i just dun see the point of standing up fo every applaud. Usually standing ovations are for the end so they shld jus keep it tht way.

He has only six months left. What could he possibly hope to accomplish? Again we are left with his travel bills. Michelle went to Morocco they said that was $600,000 again, why? He tries to embarrass us for not taking refugees. Gulf states still haven't taken any. Europe is in ruins from open borders. I don't want to see America in ruins. How is that xenophobic.
