Nine minutes into this speech, and I need a box of tissues, to wipe the tears from my eyes. So this was a little less than 8 years ago, but it seems like 800 years! This reminds me of what it was like to have a young President (younger than ME, by seven years)!

Thank you, Mr. The President, thank you for the heritage you left in those powerful nations and beyond. Your words in Canada and the British parliament will live forever in our memories. In the memories and the hearts of the generations who believe in equality, diversity, and inclusion. This speech and the one given at the British Parliament will go down in history as one of the strongest speeches ever for our nations. Our nations are not united only by borders but also by thoughts and ideologies. They are united by values and principles, indeed the are universal. Merci Barack.

I mean the speaker (obama) has to wait for them to sit back down, and if i were there, being forced to stad up every few minutes sounds like a workout. Being nice is okay and all but i just dun see the point of standing up fo every applaud. Usually standing ovations are for the end so they shld jus keep it tht way.
