MT held FD’s cellular at 4 Jefferson while FD went to New Canaan to murder Jennifer. MT cannily placed his phone in the home office that morning, ignoring many incoming texts and calls from customers - Except for answering ONE call from FD’s friend from Greece. This was a pre-planned call requested by FD for his friend to call and text on his cellphone (instead of calling via WhatsApp). This was the first and only time ever that the friend had contacted FD directly through the cellular. This was an “alibi call”, one which could be documented, as WhatsApp does not keep records to track calls etc. MT picked up the call and the text! This is compelling circumstantial evidence that MT collaborated in the planning/engineering of Jennifer’s murder. Hence the verdict of Conspiracy to Murder.

I am so happy for Jennifer’s family that they finally got justice. That the POS Fotis is gone and his POS girlfriend who was instrumental in conspiring, executing, and covering up this brutal murder will be locked up forever. And Michelle’s Troconis’s family are a family of fools. They SAW and HEARD the evidence just as we all did, yet continue to behave as if Michelle and they themselves are the real victims. She isn’t, and neither are you! The only victims are Jennifer and her children. Any sympathy I would have had for MTs family is out the window, along with their common sense. Get Michelle to admit what Dulos did with Jennifer’s body because we all know that she knows where it is. She could have opted to confess her part immediately and help recover her but she chose to lie instead, and continues to lie. And now because her family are not willing to accept what’s right in front of them they will not get the sympathy that they might otherwise get. Because everyone understands that they played no hand in this. I think she was confused in the interviews and had a terrible lawyer who shouldn’t have allowed her to sit through any of those. Didn’t think the defence team was very good either.
