An alibi written by Michelle and Flotus shows she had knowledge of a murderous act. Being in the car when he was destroying evidence shows complicity. I don't agree with this lawyer excepting a not guilty verdict. I expect the jurors to find her guilty. It's no way she could not see him as a Narcissit/Sociapath/Phycopath unless they shared different personalities. If so, she would have ended the relationship. I hope this lawyer is pleasantly surprised when a guilty verdict is reached. Life in prison without parole!!! My thoughts are with Jennifer's Mom, kids, and their Nannie. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I believe she is the catalyst for what FD did. He needed an alibi. She also helped him cover his tracks. I believe she may have given him some suggestions on how to cover his tracks and eliminate evidence.

Shannon and Kevin have done some excellent reporting during this case, thorough local coverage. I really enjoyed having these condensed wrap ups for each day of the trial. Nice work, thanks! Prosecution did a great job with the "coincidences" in closing arguments. I believe she will be found guilty only on the lesser charges.

I am speculating but I think Kent Mawhinney was at the foregroup office to ensure that Michelle answered the call and to give himself an Alibi but where did Mawhinney go after he left at 8.40am? It is possible he met Fotis Dulos somewhere before Dulos returned to his residence.

Narcissit Defence attorney thinks to be the only and real Alfa Human Being inside the Courtroom, he dreams to be above anyone else inside that room. Reality will prove that he is the last one. He has shown less than zero respect to GF mother of JF mother of 5. That is more than enough! He has lost the battle, he has lost the war, he has lost his own mind and his own reputation: justice for JF will bring him back, down to the earth and in front of real honest people like GF mother of JF mother of 5. Shame on him. Justice for JF. Overwhelming respect for GF and the 5 kids. Period. Best Regards from Germany. Rob.

Completely disagree with this man. He would have never done this without her knowledge, how would he know she wouldn't turn him in? He had to include her.Staged calls, house cleaning, truck keys taken, going on the dumping route with him..and you expect with all this involvement that she had no idea about any of it..She knew what he was going to do that morning..She offered up an alibi for him..If she didn't know..Don't you think she would have said whoa wait..what? Um no I don't want any part in this. Not given him an alibi, not helped in any of the clean up and told police what Fotis asked of her to make sure she was not included in any of it.

I think FD dismembered her body and chopped her up into little pieces. Maybe used chemicals to dissolve the pieces? He almost got away with it if it weren’t for security cameras at the neighbors and on the buses. I feel so sad that the kids had to hear how their Dad murdered their mom😢 so many people are traumatized for life by the inhumane, selfishness of FD. I believe MT was pressuring FD to make JD “disappear” like she said. I believe MT was in on disposing of evidence and knew that FD murdered JD. I believe KM played a big role in instructing FD on the forensics of murder and how to hide it. If KM testified he would be incriminating himself and MT.
