I'm from California I just moved to Philly this is another form of revenue to rake in big bucks, it will decrease quality of life for city residents trust me when those small tickets start to add up and you get caught in debt trap for your vehicles

A 31 dollar ticket is less than a full tank of gas pay the ticket pay attention follow simple rules...and the world will be a cleaner place.

Everyone doesn’t have an extra tank of gas to spare- rent and ticket costs should be commensurate with average income of residents/ tickets tolls lottery are just other forms of taxes to suck the blood out the poor
