As great as Hines was for the Steelers, he is not going to get into the big Hall. Not a single All Pro selection and there's no black ink in his stats where he led the league in anything. He was never the best at his position in any year except for the blocking. His HOF monitor score is only 75.67, 35th among all time receivers. Average score for a Hall of Fame receiver is over 100.
