I get it’s a bad situation but don’t act like it’s the fault of the Steelers or that they need to fix it she is the one that didn’t take care of it, e-mail is how the world works today they don’t have time to call everyone that does not renew and ask did you mean to not renew?.... at the least she should have realized she has not gotten a bill yet again I get she is older, but this is not on the Steelers
