I work in a trauma hospital ER and that’s the only way I can give compressions… everyone’s different.

You do breaths for adults also! The lady with white manikin needs to go higher on the chest. Breaking ribs is wrong, heck your hand placement! Your probably to far to the left or right and over the ribs and not on the sternum! Or if someone is breaking ribs they may be going deeper than 2.4 inches in depth. These ladies may be non healthcare providers..but you did t even mention doing breaths and why it’s so important. 😮

That is correct, you give breaths for adults also, 30 compressions then two breaths, 30 compressions, 2 breaths, etc. I am First Aid, CPR, AED certified with the Red Cross.
