When I lived in southern Germany, a yearly trip to the Mille Miglia was always a highlight. We would watch the cars leave Brescia and then travel along the route, watching the cars at various locations. Long Live Mille Miglia!

One of the things I love about the CBS Sunday Mornings show is that I always learn something new. I am not a 'car guy' but this was interesting on multiple levels. Thanks CBS SMs for broadening my horizons once again!

I saw Ferrari and I do remember the 1000 Miglia race because of the infamous crash.

The low point in the history of perfection was the sacking of Rome by the Barbarians, which eventually led to the creation of Fiat.
