This took a few attempts for me but it eventually worked. On iPhone, it only started working again when the name of the earphones reverted back to its original name. Thank you again! Anyone who has given up, just keep resetting them

Unbelievable. The instructions were so clear and concise. Although it took a few attempts and a slightly different behavior, eg after tapping 5 times, the light didn't stop blinking, still managed to solve the pairing issue. The problem is solved. If you tried and cannot do it, don't lose heart. Keep going.

Let the case charge for 3 hours straight if it's not working after there is some sort of charging related issue

You can try changing different types of chargers and using them to see which ones work. Tru giving it a charge of about 3 hours if it doesn't work. That means you have to buy new ones, but they are cheap, so it's okay

I don't think my right one works at all like I reset it but instead of blinking and all that it just turns off no blind just off and when I try to turn them on it doesn't work and the only that seem to turn on is the left one when I press it for the 5 seconds the right doesn't work at all haven't seen it turn on😞😞

Mine did not work. But I tried this that worked for me. "2 taps +1 hold for 5 sec. Wait for the light to go off" then do the same for the other. After that put both in the case. Close them, then boom it worked.

This video shows the only way to reset if it doesn't work that means your headphones are broken and you need a new pair

​@@refiloemdakane Hey. Tapping did not work for me. They paired together by me just holding the button where the light is. I kept holding the button for like 5 sec each interchanging them. Eventually they actually paired to each other and I didn't put them in the case.

@@عليعادل-ب3ذ Yes I did, I saw a comment having the same problem and he said he fixed it by opening the inside of the case. I did the same thing and found out that a wire was not connected to the supposed charging port, I had to solder it manually. Yours should be the same too. You can open your case just be careful and open it slowly and do it on the sides and you should have a solder ready.

They always speak Chinese there is no English, I would say keep trying over again, until it works since this is the only way to fix them unless they are actually broken or unless you pay for a new pair
