An odl saying has it - The camera does not really matter, but the best camera is the one that inspire you enough to really strive for the right compositions.
The Zeiss Ikon Ikoflex - Probably my favorite camera to shoot and use. Just holding it in my hand, walking around testing and trying compositions fills me with such an eager and wish to make fantastic photography. After a winter hibernation, due to an unusually cold winter, the Ikoflex is back out there on location with me.
In this video I also give a quick guide on how to load the Ikoflex with film, a process I have understood people find confusing.I therefore bring you along, as I roll the Ikoflex up with a roll of Ilford FP4 plus.

Camera: Zeiss Ikon Ikoflex
Film: Ilford FP4 plus
Developer: Adox Atomal 49 (Stock)
Processing tank: Jobo Multitank
Vlogging Camera: GoPro HERO 8 Black
Mini-tripod: Fotopro SY-310

In the first segment of the video, I wish you would have showed the lens. Does yours have the Novar or Zeiss Tessar taking lens? Your final results were really nice! I just got the Ikoflex 1a with the Zeiss Tessar off eBay for $56. When I receive it, I will have to do some minor cosmetic restoration. But I can’t wait to go out and shoot with it!

Mine is a Tessar-version, and I am very happy with the performance of that lens. It seems like you got yourself a good deal on that one. Such great cameras.
