yea the narration is really nice to have, not sure why that was never included, and adding seconds to the clock was a missed opportunity that should have been there.

I always wondered why they never upgraded the vocal local on Wxscan. My only guess is that with multiple cities, they may have been worried vocalizing each forecast would confuse viewers.

This is awesome, how did you make this? I love the older 2003-2005 Weatherscan from before they added the sidebar. I have only faint memories of it but I find it even more nostalgic than the post-rebrand Weatherscan
