it's when an opponent calls an Assist, and you catch both the Point character and the Assist in your combo. Your character does more damage to the Assist, so it usually dies 1st, giving you a huge lead for the round ^_^ That's why losing because your Assist character died 1st is really frustrating.

though i agree its vergil and all of his craziness, at least kbrad plays team devil may cry. no one plays theme teams in umvc3 anymore. well there is scamby and his team resident evil but no way is he getting far in tournaments with that

Good set. Trish and Hsien Ko are my fave character designs, but they're both so bad compared to the broken tier characters. Zero loops put me to sleep and Vergil runbacks are so cliche in this game.

Dante is widely considered the hardest character to learn.

Just because he's common doesn't mean Dante is easy to use. A lot of his normals are wonky at best and you REALLY need to optimize his combos to deal any real damage. In high level play Dante is a pretty hard character to use.

Fair enough but really the only reason you want to use Dante is for his Jam Session assist and for style. Just don't make him out to be broken or braindead as Vergil, Wolverine, and Doom though cause the amount of work Dante has to do for the payout is minimum when Vergil and WOlvie can get much more with half of the effort.

IMO, I think IHeartJustice should drop Phoenix Wright, put Cap on point, and find a really good anchor. Something like Strider, or Phoenix maybe? I'm not sure.

Justice counter picked Chris G's team with Cap Dorm Strange and got bodied because he kept dropping Dorm combos. You can tell his heart just isn't into any team alterations.
