Amar Bitt AHIMA uses Pearson Vue and Pearson Vue has multiple locations in each state-you would have to go to pearsonvue.com to look are locations near you!

Hello, I noticed a few videos state you may write notes in your books, and other videos state no notes. I was wondering if you were able to elaborate truth to that. I think you mentioned this in a video, not sure. I've watched so many to prepare myself and rid of this fear I have had for this exam for the past 3 years and I am finally ready =)

I see you had no tabs in your manual was it hard to find the codes you needed on the exam. Am still in classes getting ready to take the CCA in August I should be finished. I also dont have any tabs

shanell marshall I honestly didn’t have any problems navigating the codebook without tabs! Especially with the PCS codebook since I easily memorized what chapters were which color as far for the diagnosis codebook I knew the book was set up alphabetically so I could easily judge how far into the book a certain letter was. I also knew that Pearson Vue (the test taking center) did not allow most tabs I figured I’d stay away from tabs. I can see where tabbing your books would be a good idea once you’re on the job but I didn’t think it was necessary and didn’t hinder my code finding!

I wonder if you photocopied some information from another source (say a list of codes or similar information) and you glued it into a blank part of a page of your codebook? Would that make the codebook ineligible?
