For the record that spot doesn't exist solely because of Leonard. That space was Sheldon's spot back when he was alone and just had a camping chair there. Leonard just got the couch and moved his chair. It's literally in a flashback in one of the episodes.

I hated that Sheldon "won" in the end of that episode. He had zero real argumentation, threw a tantrum and got everyone to go with him and settle down for zero good reason. The point made with the example of the couch was good btw. In a way Sheldon says he likes things to stay the same, he likes homeostasis, and yet he supports theory of evolution which basicaly says that things change all the time. That makes him a hypocrit and a crybaby, so this is why it was so frustrating to see him "win" this time.

I don’t get mad at him. It’s the other idiots that let him get away with everything he wants. Especially Leonard and Amy. Leonard, bought the couch abd it’s his. He has even more rights than Sheldon. It’s Leonard couch but he lets him sit there because he wants to. The other idiots just do whatever he wants be they let him.

You guys are acting like children. In what universe can someone who DOESNT live in the apartment decide what furniture they use. The fact that Penny is always sitting is Sheldons spot in HIS house, and complaining about it is beyond disrespectful. How would you like it if you're friends just decided to change something in your house without you agreeing to it? This argument should have been between Lenoard and Sheldon. Their friends doesn't live there and have no say in what changes should be made.
