To answer your first question (which should end in a “?”, by the way), Sheldon was raised in a way that allowed his ego to swell to the size of a star. To answer your second question, you do realize the concept of a Secret Santa committee is very loosely tied into Christmas itself, right? Saint Nicholas didn’t exist until the 18-19 century, if memory serves, whereas the concept of Christmas has lasted for literally 2024 years.

I agree, and when he was upset, she attacks Missy,asking her what did she do, to him. According to Mary, sheldon can say whst he wants,to insult his siblings ,but no one can put Sheldon in his place. Mary had this big eyes,popping out,waving her finger at little missy ,Missy said she used her words. Mary even took it upon herself,to invite Sheldon to Billy’s party, both boys didn’t want it,but here is Mary pushing Brenda . This is why we have this adult Sheldon,who expects everyone to coddle him. At least adult Mary has put adult Sheldon in his place. I do prefer the adult Sheldon over young Sheldon,at least there are people who won’t coddle him.

In what way did the show imply that we should side with Sheldon? We saw his point of view more throughout the episode but that doesn’t mean we have to side with him, the thing that actually made this show is that Sheldon was acknowledged as the delusional one in the wrong and they took heavy strides into giving him much needed character developed. Much better than the sitcoms where every single character is an asshole, yet all their behaviors are treated as normal, acceptable and appropriate and see little to no character development

Sometimes, Sheldon was way too much at times. Like this episode for example. She only smashed Leonard abd ate there because of the free food. Also, when his mom was smashing someone when he came to visit her. He got mad but she’s a grown woman abd can sleep with whoever she wanted. This has nothing to do with Sheldon. Plus, Sheldon never realized Howard was a very smart individual. Just because he went to a school he didn’t believe was very important. That’s all he had. A school abd tittle of a degree. Nothing else! Lol!
