@@roboticdemondude7749 that's messed up. A custom character for the transformers DS games has to be always been fun. Especially the first game thanks to the open world of the levels and the multiple vehicle forms you can pick.

@@roboticdemondude7749 I agree. Custom characters are fun because (if the game has a good story aside from gameplay) the custom character is made to be an important part of the story. Example being the DS version the 2007 transformers games. Yeah the character sadly dies, however, they play an important part in that their actions, the mistakes they make and learning from them, all that leads up to the big finale. And in the end, their sacrifice is made so much more important when the final boss fight happens.

In my personal opinion, Revenge of the Fallen for the NDS is the best out of the NDS games I've seen, there's something about the controls that I like more than DotM or the 2007 game. Also, there's something about having a character who isn't actually in the movies rather than being stuck with the same autobots/decepticons. Don't get me wrong I love the all the transformers but, being stuck to playing those characters like you do in every single one of the games for game consoles or PC sort of gets a bit boring. Same with the same weapons with no change is also boring, at least with RotF you get different weapons to choose from.

Plus the weapons in the ROTF game look more unique looking than just machine guns that fire bullets. Judging from this video, the only gun you have are limited missiles and a machine gun. No laser or other explosives weapons.

don’t agree at all, the first game had a lot more detail all around (e.g. the bottom screen having different design based on characters) and a better plot surrounding the create-a-bot; if i had played the games without knowing anything about their release date or TF in general, i would’ve said the first game was the newest one tbh

@@ele-mntl5344 Generally speaking, the design at the bottom for each character is a cool little touch, and you have more vehicles like helicopters and in terms of free roam it is the best game for those options, RotF has different weapons recognizable characters like the medium selection for the Autobots being the Omni-bot drone from the console RotF game, and DotM is just DotM, it has the same kind of idea as the console versions, both the NDS and Console games for DotM act sort of as a prequel to the movies. 07 and DotM in my opinion are better on console with RotF just a better game to me with the NDS, I love each game but it's my opinion and I respect yours! I wish you a good day.

The first game was the best among the 3 as there was more freedom in that game, from scanning and lightly customizing multiple vehicle modes whenever you want, to the game having an open world, and you could play as all of the characters after beating the game, and you also had a few different ranged weapons to choose from depending on what vehicle mode you choose. Speaking of detail I think the graphics looked better too, in comparison to the rest of the ds games. Also I like the small detail of TF1 shockwave’s design being used for the helicopter robot mode for create-a-bot. It’s a cool Easter egg.
