I think CCM should dial back on the features like opening doors, and focus back on accuracy and quality control.

Another issue with the ME is the position of the lights on the boom, they should be in front of the distinct vertical line not behind it, i think if they moved those to the correct position and got the decal right it would make a big difference plus the addition of the roof guard on the ME would make it more correct to machines in the field.

I completely agree the ME would look a lot better if they had just payed attention to the small details sometimes that can make or break a model in my opinion when I talked to ccm about getting a new bucket for my sewer 375l I pointed out the decal being too small and in the wrong position and they said woops our decal guy messed up I dont know how you miss that especially when the cad drawing on their website shows the decal being correct

That pic of the ME i agree it has a long style stick but you need to look at the specs, there are 3 available length M sticks being 9 ft 7, 11 ft 2 & 13 ft 6. The one pictured on the ME spec sheet is the 13 ft 6 so is technically correct as far as the picture being correct as an ME configured machine.

I did not know that thanks for the correction I always assumed an ME stick was one length

On some earlier models (385 for example) you wonder if the engine compartment opens because they blend so well with the rest of the car body. On these models they scream that they open. The gaps are huge and the fit is way off. Once closed, they don't match the rest of the car body. 12:15 horrible, just plain horrible. I don't want this mess of a model.

I agree the doors fit and finish is an eyesore which is a shame like I said in the review these models could have been a lot better if they had just payed more attention to the fine details they are kinda like the d9h ccm offered in 1/48 a lot of problems with the little things but when I pose them with other models in the display case they look better and the flaws don't stand out or bug me as much I don't blame you for not wanting them though
