alkalosis causes vasoconstriction which may decrease ICP. But it will decrease CPP. Vasodilation from acidosis can increase CPP. Think about vasopressors and how they vasoconstrict and shunt blood away from the periphery. Same thing with alkalosis, it vasoconstricts and shunts blood out of the brain causing a decrease in CPP. CPP does equal map - icp, but if you decrease ICP and raise the MAP with vasopressors, you don't increase the CPP.

Question... on number 13 the guy says it’s the worst headache of his life but a grade I aneurysm is minimal headache?

Good find there Taylor, yes, that question should say grade II based on the Hunt and Hess scale, unfortunately, the question doesn't describe any other neurological deficits, therefore we only go with what information we have in the question, so based on the "worst headache" with no other symptoms, the diagnosis should have been grade II, with a description of the grade II, which is answer C.
