I want to suggest that the final "Vietnam" example was a case of mishearing by the translator - بيتنا ما (beetna ma = our home is no) sounds a bit like "Vietnam". He/she probably heard بيتنا ما صارت بيت as فيتنام ما صارت هيك. It's a poor effort by the translator, probably not a native Arabic speaker, but I wouldn't read any more into this.
