All of the Viewtron AI cameras on this page support the face detection and facial recognition function that is demonstrated in the video. www.cctvcamerapros.com/AI-security-cameras-s/1512.htm In order to perform the face recognition function, the camera(s) that you use must be connected to a Viewtron IP camera NVR. This is where the face database is located. www.cctvcamerapros.com/IP-Camera-NVRs-s/1472.htm Each Viewtron NVR can support 6 face recognition cameras. For example, our 16 channel NVR of course supports 16 IP cameras, but you can only run the face recognition application on 6 of the 16 cameras. Please let me know if you have additional questions.

Yes. You can add images to the face database from video snapshots captured by the NVR or from the mobile app.

Hi Mike , I've added IP cameras x7 via poe switch to my client xvr existing 16ch hd cameras. AI not showing my IP cameras to activate face recognition. Any idea please. Khal

You could just disable the feature instead of melting the camera. Honestly, the facial recognition feature is rarely used by our customers compared to the other AI software function. The people and vehicle detection is much more popular.
