Watched it a while ago, iirc something something "mental health" something "lung cancer". Basically, ciggs are a coping mechanism for stress just like alcohol and other addictive substances, it helps calm your nerves which is good for you, stress is unhealthy, but it touches on what ciggs actually do to you in the long-term, and how it will ensure you live a very tormented life later, courtesy of ciggs. There are many ways to relieve stress, and from my experience, they're seldom considered because people are lazy. Unironically, go to an amusement park with your friends or just go camping/fishing/hiking alone or in a small group. Does wonders for stress, just a casual outing. People turn to substance abuse because sucking on cotton is easier and requires no effort.

If you really gotta smoke, lower the tar intake. If it tastes like ass, up the nicotine. Nicotine is the addictive substance in ciggs, tar is what messes with your lungs. You gotta pick between a hyper addiction and permanent lung damage, I recommend you pick the hyper addiction, if you really need a ciggy. It's what vapes specialize in btw, there's no tar in most vapes (I'm sure there are some exceptions but you can check it, it's meant to have no tar), making vapes healthier than ciggs by a country mile. They just don't hit as hard as a cigg, so people puff them way more. Be careful regardless, nicotine thickens your blood just like caffeine, puff too much and you're likely to run into trouble later down the line regardless of your tar intake.

Yo I got Gout recently, and apparently smoking had 1 benefit to it. It thinned out the blood and let it flow better through my foot which was super swollen. Smoking is really bad, i know it’s just a png. but it’s still promoting smoking. I dont know Mouse’s core audience, but if it’s not strictly 18+ she is promoting smoking to kids too. There is a reason to why they have removed smoking from cartoons and so on, because it’s a bad influence. See I hate when they remove smoking from cartoons, and I definitely hate the idea of smoking. Kids are going to learn about smoking with or without cartoons and so it's pointless to remove them to me. Cartoons for kids should only restrict some swear words and gore. Smoking, guns and blood are okay to show in moderation.
