Pannettone (or bread as Connor called it) looked normal for pannettone. Connor just hasn’t had one before because they don’t have those in the UK. 😏 (that was sarcasm btw. He’d tell us something isn’t in the UK only because he’s been ignorant of it.) That “dog food” thing, I think is probably supposed to be taken home and heated. It’s probably perfectly fine after it’s heated.

If you do decide to do any of those other model kits you looked at, I've heard the Megami Device ones require a bit more work (like sanding the joints to prevent them from being too tight and snapping)
