They are so nice I find them more flattering on the leg than the low cut ones and strangely I think the hi tops make my legs look longer! Having seen them on more petite frames I don't ever think they make people look Stumpy, I think it is because they are slim fit to the ankle so kind of give an elongation affect xx

Oooh I love the polka dot ones! I feel like they maybe go better with a black, white or neutral base and then add colour on top and perhaps not worn with another print. Have a play around trying on a few looks and see what works for you. They would look great paired together with polka dots too xx

amazing video! ahhhh I want them but I'm torn with the sizing. I'm a US 8.5-9 in most shoes and the half sizes aren't available in my size :( so I don't know if I should size up or down haha

I would recommend going up tbh. I went up a half size and I could have got away with a full size bigger as my toe is still right in the end of these. I hope that helps xx

Shoe runs narrow but long. I went true to size because I have wide feet but most people can go a half size down or even a full size if their feet are very narrow

Personally having size uk 8 feet I don't think they make my feet look big, that's part of the reason why I love them! I find the ankle version make your feet look longer though. As for sizing in usual converse I take a 7.5 (half size down) but they didn't have that sizing in the cdg for me and they are still comfy and a good fit. If you can find a 5.5 then I think they would fit great but a 6 will fit too. (Sorry for the slow reply I just had a baby 4 weeks ago) xx

Hi lovely I would say Nike’s for me are larger but only by half a size so if you can get a 6.5 in the converse they will fit a bit better but if not a 7 as a full size down will be too small xx

Hi Emily, the sole is thicker but I don't feel like they make me taller than the originals? As it doesn't really feel like a platform but a more squishy sole. If anything they maybe add like a cm if that but I've never noticed xx

Would u suggest going for the Commes Des Garcon Converse low top, or the Chuck 70s high top? love the commes des garcon high top, but these aren't available at the moment where i live.

It totally depends on how you get on with converse lo or high. Personally I find that low converse rub on the side of my ankle where the bone sticks out; so for me personally high top is more comfortable but that is personal preference. I wish the low top were comfortable for me as love them too x

Hi lovely I think your own size should be a good fit (if going for women's) the reason the last pair were a little bigger on me is because they are actually a men's pair and I always go half to a full size down in men's. For women's I'm a UK 8 usually and the uk 8 was spot on :) I hope that helps but I would say the 6 should be good for you if a women's pair xx

Hi :) I think men and women are the same size in converse - they are in the uk anyway. They don’t always do half sizes on cdg converse so I would say a 6 or a 5.5 if you can find one xx

I would say yes to your regular size. Unless you can get half a size down (which they dont always do) if your feet are at the larger end of your size xx

I find they are pretty true to size. I am a women’s 8 and have the 8 and they fit so most likely a 6.5 will be the best fit :) or if only full sizes I would probably go for the 7 over the 6. Can always add an insole if a little on the bigger side. I’ve seen now they have just released a grey version with a black heart too 😍

Hi Karla! I would say either a 4 or a 3 1/2 (if they do a half size) unless you are a large 4 (if that makes sense) then a 4 will be perfect. It depends if you prefer a snugger fit or about a thumbs worth of space at the toe xx

I have never worn converse before but I didn't follow my moms advice of going to the store to try them on since converse sizing is quite confusing. I am a womens US size 7 and basically the Uk sizing is like men's sizing here in the US. I got my normal size and since everyone is saying it runs large im scared I should've gotten a 6.5. A 7 in men's is a 5 and a 6.5 wouldve been a 4.5. They arrive tomorrow so ill edit to see how they fit or if ill have to return them.

Yes the high tops definitely are, the sole is a bit thicker than the usual converse too. I found personally trying the short ankle pair of cdg that they rubbed on the knobbly bit (bone) on my ankle but the high tops I have no problem with xx
