one tip for scarabs is that there is currently a bug where if you are wearing aphid slippers they wont notice you.

One tip if your having trouble with the termite soldiers dust attack and the dust mites dust attack, you can go back into the pond lab and there will be a toxology badge and it makes you immune to the dust attacks.

To fight things like mites and ticks you can just step slgihtly to the side as they leap and they wont do anything. I often just fight them by circling around them while slashing until theyre dead, and never take any damage.

tip for spiny water flea, since they have more health and in much numbers, try to lure them and then jump out and use a staff to wipe them faster.

A tip for the grubs is you can use the broodmother explosive to dig them and kill them instsntly without having to use shovel

So far that I’m watching this I agree with all of the them besides the scarab I find it’s easier to use the spicy staff

The spicy staff does pack a punch but the range is a little small depending on your angle! But still a very good tip!

Staying close to the infected wolf spider makes it easier, since it won't do its explosive attack, making it more like a fast/powerful wolf spider

Also, sleek ladybug armor + fire ant shield + compliance badge + sour toenail scimitar is a good build for black widows. You'll heal a lot on perfect blocks, they're weak to sour, and the infection de-buff you'll cause will slow them down. Also, you HAVE to kill the widowlings before you take on the black widow

You can dodge the poison shot of wasps if you strafe and jump

Sleek gas mask has explosive resist which can help against the infected wolf. Well I assume that sleek bonus helps more than having a regular helmet would!

True! But can also lead into lower defence or just outright ruining your build. I wish they would either add a shield or trinket that can block explosive damage

@@CDiinky There's downsides for sure, aside from the fungal charm it might be the best piece of gear for infected wolves specifically though. A fungal/infected shield that can block all explosive damage but have some other negative could be cool! Thinking of the potential recipe, adding a new drop to the infected wolf would mean you only use that drop once and then it's useless so maybe the shield could require the fungal charm to craft?

@@HolyCodzta i was thinking possibly a recipe after you finish the haze lab. Makes sense right? Like a new item called fungus goo dropped from the exploding fungus could be in the recipe

@@CDiinky That absolutely makes sense thematically but to me just seems a bit too powerful to get that early. Also means there's almost no struggle against infected wolves and I feel like at least your first fight against one should be terrifying because they can blow you the fuck up haha. It'd be another bonus for plugging the haze as well. Edit: Somehow immediately forgot I changed it from requiring a new infected wolf drop to the fungal charm so plugging the haze is actually irrelevant.

basicly its knowing when to parry and talking about that. i really like clubs but hate barbarian. sure more damage(15 20 25%)is crazy and the regen isnt bad but weak, but not being able to parry completly screws u over. u always take armor damage since u cant parry or shield block(most clubs are two hander). yet giving damage and regen would be too strong without a drawback

Throwing basic spear oneshots tadpoles and the swimmers under water. Much better since the spear is sticking to the corpse or just swim to tje top

Do any of you know how i get better fps when i play grounded? I only get around 40 when i often get 120-160 fps on other games.

Turn off motion blur if you haven’t already, this will kill your fps

you can select performance mode in settings but you would lose a little of 'pixels' if that someway makes sense

Aphkid is a boring, less usable downgrade from +Sprint Stamina. Not worth the upgrade to Sleek anymore. Curious logic on that game change, seems like a nerf to the footwear. It Helped in a way, as I don't waste time on the slippers (or shields for that matter, thx 1.3 🤕) anymore. Natural Explorer is certainly adequate.

@@CDiinky A fair point , I just make a trap for the phids and do the same thing ..... Although I hadn't thought of that use outright. The sprint stamina had more overall value IMO. Thanks for your informative videos.✌️

@@CDiinky idk i tried grinding for the speed droplet with the sleek slippers and it never dropped, after i took them off (had a aphid pit full of them for me to punch lol) it took 10 minutes (had the gum charm and the stealing mutation 3/3) BUT it could've just been a coincidence lol

Meaty gnats cannot be tamed, only the regular gnats
