@cilitbang12 thanks for the comment! You're very observant and noticed his lisp! However, a lisp refers to the 'S' sound, like SSSSSnake! I was referring to how english accents noticeably omit their 'T's. Example: 'It's getting cold out, better put on my jacket' will end up sounding like 'I's geh'ing cold out, beh'ah' put on me jacket'!

I can say that these players and mixer are really good. Well good for me that is always on the go and underground, they are extremely portable! But I prefer using the DJM-400 in sessions, I don't know why. They just feel more familiar to me. :)

@simonmoshav no, mate... you'd need to buy Traktor separately. To be honest, though, although the CDJ-350 can be used with Traktor, these would make very expensive midi controllers if that's all you're using it for. You'd be better off getting something cheaper, or even getting the NI Kontrol S4. The Pioneers are great when used as CDJs, i.e. when they're hooked up to a mixer.

TBH, I'd save up for at least the cdj-850's so you get the bigger platters. The 350's feel cheap to me and the platters are like yogurt lids

Pioneers aren't for beginners - they're too expensive for a start - so why include the features like BPM display and track marking? Any DJ who's going to buy these will already be able to beatmatch. The CDJ only calculates BPM when the track is loaded and you're not going to load track after track until you find one at the right BPM. Saying that, these do look good - If I could afford them I'd trade my American Audio Radius for these... but I can't so I'll stick with what I've got for now ;-)

Who cares about them having bpm lock? There's a crapload more to djing than just beatmatching, it's not gonna turn some kid into Pete Tong. It's an entry level deck and as such pioneer are providing features which people first starting out may have use for, hell by the time they've learned on these if they don't transition to normal pitch control then they won't get club gigs because clubs won't have BPM lock and hence our jobs are safe. It will create more bedroom djs, nothing wrong with that.

You might be right, the price is lesser, but if you want to do what i can "real DJing" Then buy this, because here you cant hide behind a computer, and cant do all those auto sync and shit .. :)

i can´t belive that pioneer make a cdj player with a bpm sync that it´s a shit. I hate that bmp, with bpm anyone can mix. bad bad bad
