I got put on the declined list for Prime after i first got my CDL clean MVR no accidents which is crazy! I wanted to pull tanker but they shot me down and im only a hour south of springfield , mo lol

Glad to see you making videos again, but I got to say, make that dude do all of it. Let him make those calls to get the PO numbers etc, the more he does it them more practice and the better he’ll be. I get you don’t want to hold his hand all the time and you know where he’s better than us watching at home obviously but the more he does it the better. Stay safe.

I've got the same color truck. 830106. 110k miles no major issues. If the truck loses power and struggles to get up to speed, just being super sluggish. Instead of taking it to the dealer and letting them waste time trying to diagnose it just take it to a Loves and get the fuel filters replaced. Mine was diagnosed as a fuel rail issue which includes the injectors. The dealer said it was probably bad fuel. I took the truck back and went to loves and replaced the fuel filters. That was two months ago with no more issues.

Finally starting to cross paths with you more often. Saw you in Springfield and Verona. Just parked for the day, delivering in mattoon tomorrow. Hoping im in and out but i havent had luck there either with that. Might have to go to loves to get that free shower and do laundry if they have me wait. Keep trucking

I got my CDL with Millis Transfer, they kept the driver facing cameras on for the first year, then as long as you haven't screwed up they turn it off, but turn it back on if you hit something etc. It was like a whole different job the first day that stupid thing was off, I couldn't work for a driver facing camera company again

LOVE the color on your Binder. Generically, it is called RASPBERRY. The WORST vehicle color it black. Oh, sure it is gorgeous, but, it collects dirt & dust for a hobby. On the way home from the carwash when you pull into the drive, you will notice road dust has settled all across the hood. If you buy a black vehicle, on the way home from the dealer, stop at a full serve car wash & setup an account as you will need to spend every Saturday morning having that black ride washed. NEVER buy black. The best color? TAN. Altho tan is not an especially handsome color it hides dirt unbelievably well. You may forget to have it washed for 2 or 3 years at a time. !

Depends if you go company or lease. Let’s say your TNT trainer is company and you also go company “you’ll get the same dispatcher” hope this helps!

Prime had me take physical a week before orientation. I live in Springfield so I went to a local clinic place. My recruiter sent me documents to take in with me. They do urine test.

Will not need to train with a tanker driver you’ll be with a hopper trainer *if* you choose hopper division.

A long run to the west coast? I thought all of primes tanker business was midwest and east coast. $400 for a tank wash? Is this normal?

We have a select few customers in the following states (Cali, Nevada, Utah and Washington) these runs are done by trainers and team trucks. $250-$400 is normal for a tank wash. This cost is passed on to the next shipper
