100 dollars for a shop sweeping job is good. Good thing is you got two appliances and 4 special tires. If you use hammer, some aluminum may remain sticking to steel. Better cut it with grinder to get all.

Hit the middle of the aluminum part of the rim from the outside of the aluminum part of the rim and I think they're just pressed in because I watch how they did it a long time ago

Strip the larger ones but If they are too large & have a heavy steel case sell as is, It depends on how much they pay you? I get around 50 to 55 Cents a pounds here, Plus I have so much stuff & so little time to get it done
