The biggest bike parking garage in the world is in Utrecht, the Netherlands. It costed 30 million euros! A bike shed for 330,000 is a steal. 😀

I see your 300,00 plus for a useless bike "shelter" and double it, with a 660,000 bike shelter (for 24 cycles) in Wellington NZ. Yep. We're still trying to lead the way. A green city council is capable of real triumphs.
