The Israel/Palestine conflict is a civil war. The losers of a civil war must accept the governance of and pledge loyalty to the winner, otherwise they can and should be expelled. The Palestinians lost in 48, 67 and 25 and every time in between. They need to go to bring peace. This is how peace comes out of a civil war.
