I love the sound! This is a PW1100G engine, but i prefer the CFM LEAP 1A for A320neo family. Nice video!

Thanks, I will say the LEAP 1A does sound great, only reason the PW1100G also sounds great is because of the whale sounds it makes in my opinion. Hey stay tuned soon I am posting a video MNL-DVO and DVO-MNL!

The whale sound is unique to PW1000G as it's a geared turbofan, it has a gearbox spinning behind the fan blades.

I was on A320neo, the smaller variant of the a321neo, and the whale sounds were much more muffled sometimes you didn’t even notice it

Oh, well I rode an older A321NEO recently, the whale sound VIBRATED the whole plane!!! It was soooooo loud. And you even hear a faint buzzsaw while climbing. Will post that soon, stay tuned for it! 😊
