Fake grass/fake lawn in a tropical country? hello, that's good invitation for Moulds to come and enjoy your house, your yard will stink. Fake grass/fake lawn only good in-door, away from water. Fake grass/fake lawn is a big no, no, no in-door in a tropical country where always rain and humidity level is high. If you can afford to buy this house, I am sure you can also afford to hire a Part time gardener to come 3x/week to maintain a beautiful tropical garden instead of having fake grass or fake lawn. The kitchen has very limited working space, imagine to have big sunday family lunch and your maids will do all the cooking, the working space is very small. Not enough space for food preparations and storage for big pots, blenders, mixers, food processors, coffee machines and other kitchen equipments. 2:48 of the video, if you sell a house more than 20M, make sure the front garage is clean, simply use high pressure machine to remove that oile or grease marks in the cement. Kitchen cabinets imported from Europe ha ha ha it looks like the humble IKEA cabinets lol. On the other hand, Ikea is from Sweden lol.

It is a very dangerous material to use for places you don't want to slip, like stairs and garage floors. Big houses can be very impressive, but you also have to think about cooling such a large area. The house's price take is very high as it is. Cooling it will only add to your monthly cost.
