The word 'Caste' has been imported by western thinkers first time during 16th century, Varnashram is not 'caste' system. Varnashram system was not made by man, but discoverd its scintific importance for better social management, by the Aryans.

There are no pros to caste system.. except that it let some people feel special about themselves.. It's funny that I always hear that remove reservation, but nobody says remove caste system.. If you remove the caste system, reservation will go away on its own..
