Cecil Harvey (Final Fantasy IV) - SoulCalibur VI Creation Guide

The leader of the Red Wings, Final Fantasy IV's Cecil Harvey enters the stage of history! Cecil was definitely one of the more challenging ones to make (both his Dark knight and Paladin forms) due to all of his intricate details, but that's always fun for me to try and figure out. I'm very proud of how his Dark Knight self came out
