I agree that someone determined to get atop those tanks could have accessed them via the vertical ladder and the roof. The dropdown isn't that high off the roof of that superstructure.

@@hootinouts Not only that, the hand rail on the other side of the water tanks could also be climbed. The openings also appear large enough for a small adult to slip right into. She was likely having some sort of psychotic episode and could have wanted to take a dip in the water tank, thinking it was like a sensory-deprivation tank, which were being popularized a lot at the time by Joe Rogan.

At 1:19 that fucking creepy, the pipes looks like Elisa's silhouette. To be locked on one of this water tank , at night with water to face , and with pipes conducting more water , should be one of most horrible thing on life. Rip Elisa 😔

It cost Toronto taxpayers 6 million to build a suicide barrier on the Bloor Viaduct in 2010,which has the second highest suicide rate in North America 2nd only to San Francisco' s Golden Gate Bridge,and another 5 million to light it up nice and pretty (Luminous Veil) on time for the 2015 Pan Am Games. This is just some shiity old POS Hotel were talking about here and should've been demolished centuries ago.

1:05 there's vertical ladder to the top. easy access to the top of water tank from there, from the other video look like it just a little bit over 1 meter jump down to water tank 1:20.

One investigator insisted it's physically impossible to carry a dead person's body between the pipes and up the tank stairs without causing so much trauma,even if said person were light. If she was murdered she would have to have been led up them stairs at gunpoint.
