This performance is totally satisfying. Some would say that there are arguably finer performances of this work but if so it is perhaps a matter of degree and intended interpretation. This performance by Cecile was when she was 74 years young and today at 84 it is reported she still does some performing and teaching. My hats off to Cecile.
