Cecilia made this BGM herself according to credits on her debut. She credited the main theme to someone, and credited herself for "Extra BGMs" which should include this one since it isn't mentioned elsewhere in the credits. It would 100% be credited to someone else if someone else made this.

I've always assumed that Cece recorded/composed this bgm herself. The fact that you hear tapping on the keys was enough evidence for me to believe she recorded this in her own room. But who knows, maybe someone else made this banger.
