why is the vehicles park midway between the cabins and not directly in front of your cabin?

Ok. I know that but as I was watching, it seem like the vehicles were park on the pavement but not directly in front of their homes as if they were not allowed to block the entrance from the road pavement to their front door.

I feel the same way. The day is starting to become my favorite times of the day. I feel like as you get older, the night and darkness starts to become a little sad or lonely no matter how beautiful the night sky and the vibe is. Sunlight literally brightens my days now.

When I see your videos I wonder if you feel privileged to live there. I really think so, you live in a privileged place, it's like being away from everything bad in the world, and more so right now, it doesn't prevent you from seeing the horror but there it seems that you are much more protected. I really envy you a lot, I see a quiet life, it's like you are in a world apart from this. You don't know how lucky you are, outside your island the world is very gray, I see a lot of light there. Good afternoon Cecilia! Glad to see you're feeling better, and that you even got the strength to get out and walk, and in such cold temperatures even! That's incredible. I got to admit, I envy you. You have such a wonderful vantage point there, and the scenery and landscape is so beautiful. It's even better in that it doesn't appear that you got people using the road for a drag strip like they do where I live, it's so quiet there! Continue to get better, but don't push it, you don't need a relapse. Take care of yourself!

I am so amazed at how quickly polar night changes to polar day! I always thought there would be a long period where it's daytime for about as long as it's nighttime...My favorite moments in this video, besides hearing that you are feeling better, are where you can see the sun shine warm and pink through Grim's ear (11:56). one of my favorite things ever. I bet that felt so good for him after a long polar night :) I hope the sunny weather stays and that you and Christoffer continue to feel better!

Honestly it baffled me too even though I don't live that far up north. It felt like someone snapped a finger and from it being dark at around 16:00 it's now bright until eight o clock. Love it, I'm sooooo ready for summer :D

Privacy corners are the best corners! I totally agree with you - I have a thing about interior rooms and right angles in my living space. Hahaha I love how decisive he was choosing a new picture. I’m interested to know how the equinoxes are in the polar circles. When the day/light length as long as the night/dark in a 24hr period. That’s usually my cue to the changing of the seasons (heading into winter right now in the Southern Hemisphere)

With regard to the difficulty dealing with Polar Nights. First of all, congratulations on making it thru the whole four months of darkness. I wouldn't even try to do that. I get slightly depressed during my winter, and we get sun every day. I think it's much easier to simulate darkness than sun light. You just put up black out shades.
