As a Cecilion user: If your stacks is below 50, use your 1st Skill at maximum 2 of times. If no team fight happening near you, use your Ultimate on a jungle creep or the Turtle/Lord to farm stacks. At Level 4, use your Ultimate to clear the minion wave. And the best part in using Cecilion, If you got 300+ stacks, even Tanks with Athena will run away from you... Heck I played against a split pusher, just a 2-1 combo and poof, no more split pusher XD

Another tip for Cecilion is the distance between Cecilion and the farthest tip of his 2nd skill is outside the enemies vision range. So you can cast 2nd skill without them seeing you, giving them little window time to react and catch them. Works best when approaching a lane, very situational but it works on mythic once in a while.

Aim for 200 stacks at 10 min, not that you always get it but if you consistently are at 170 or less stacks at 10 min you should focus on getting stacks more. Also help your jungle with two first skills at the start of the game. 4 free stacks. This way you can usually get to 10 stacks after the first wave.

I think the rework on Clock of Destiny made my tanky Cecillion build even more deadly. I use Dominance Ice with him and replace Holy Magic Crystal with Athena's Shield in the late game since he can already massacre the enemy team even without it.

I actually have a weird CD+Damage build for him, In late game it allows me to spam my first skill 3-4 times under 2 seconds. The Butterflies from Wishing Lantern helps alot with making up for the missing burst capabilities Emblem: Warrior Emblem Tenacity Temporal Reign talent Build: Demon Boots Clock of Destiny Enchanted Talisman Wishing Lantern Ice Queen Wand Blood Wings/ Any defense item

Funnily enough I spam Tank Cecillion, Relying on Clock of Destiny and Dominance Ice for mid game mana and Farm stacks Very Hard and then Queens Wings and the last items Depends on the game, you could also use Wishing Lantern if your doing well or not being dived by much enemies it also gives additional Mana now so more dmg, This has worked well for me so far

What's funny is that, I use him for core and it's pretty effective when you think about it. He farms til he got 200 stacks in less than 10 minutes. I've jungle him and got 7ws, MVP, and with 0 deaths in rank. If I saw the enemy roam, I wouldn't mind killing them due to how terrifying cecilion is with wishing lantern. He can melt and 1shot anyone. But If I use him as a midlaner, His best spell is purify to get out of the set and counter set the enemies.

when i play solo, n enemy have many 'dangerous' hero that can eaasily kill me, i'll go with common emblem, magic def boots, cod, dominance ice, lightning truncheon, queen's wing, winter crown. these items can give extra mana and also help in boosting defence so i wouldn't get ezly one-shotted by enemy heroes.

Tanky build Cecilion: COD Enchanted talisman Brute force breasplate Wishing lantern The last item can depend on the situation: -Lightning truncheon for more mvm spd and also more damage, you can use blood wings for the same reason. |If you decide to get blood wings you can sell boots for another item -Divine glaive if enemies are tanky - anti heal item if enemies have high heal/sustain - immortality This has 45% cd reduction and with enchanted talisman, you can spam first skill AND ultimate to your hearts content and get a lot of stacks. And also mvm spd from brute force will help, and wishing lantern takes care of the missing dmg items I also sometimes like to use support emblem for even more mvm spd and you get a _little_ more heal from ultimate. But you can not do it if you want lol especially since the cd reduction is useless in late game

How to counter cecilon on cha 1 pick dyr and keep ambushing him finish the game early and go to gold. Lane more to get more gold inorder to increase ur damage on dyr 2 pick sun sun can kill him with his clones and atk spd 3- pick franco have ur jungler mid lane or gold lane with you when you try to kill ceciloon use the number 1 skill and make sure you have good aim 4- pick Johnson ...wait untill you have ur ultimate have ur gold laner which already has 3 items ur in lucky you can keep annoying ceciloon untill he leaves with ur ultimate Next part for 10 likes

i think cecilion works better as a gold laner, you cant really gank other lanes as effective as other mages like aurora, nana etc and you need to farm. in gold lane you can harras the other lane, escape gank with ult and enjoying more stack farm because the catapult is so hard to kill you need 3-4 first skill to kill it

im one of mage user.and my advice at using is u can choose to build cod lightning or choose cdr build like enchanted talisman and so on.when u build him with cdr,u should just waste your ult on minion or creep because it gives u stack plus arround late game,cd of his ult should be 20s. trust me guys,if u build him cdr,8mins you should get 250 above stack.which is nuts.
