I do recognize these colours in Cecily Brown's works. The Pijama Game would be a good example. Edgar Degas whose pastels are very precise (not the easiest medium to use). This is an oil painting and his palette is very warm. The similarity continues to a point where I would add jokingly that Cecily needs her hair brushing also. I look for her paintings when ever I am at Freize or the Fiac in Paris, even in Brazil where I work part of the year. Gagosian which represents her has plans to open in Sāo Paulo, she had a small format at ArtRio and at SP-Arte and I think that a larger painting (if there are any available) would be better for ...those who look. ,
