In the 90s I used to ride the Autostrada Adriatica many times when I traveled there from Germany. I had a cabrio and the wind blew trough my hair. It was always about 8 p.m. when I rode the highway between Ancona and Pescara. On the right there were the beautiful Abruzzese Mountains and vineyards. On the left the bright blue sea. And sunset. That's where I always inserted the tape with this song into my cassette player on car radio. It was kind of ritual. Then I never went there anymore until last year. I visited the place there once again and I did that ritual once again. With my 12 year old daughter by my side. She filmed it. We rode into sunset and the only thing I could do while I had my eyes on the road and my hands upon the wheel was crying. Sometimes you cry because you are sad or feel lost. Sometimes you cry because you feel happy and free. I can swear by anything that is holy to me that it was the happiest moment in my life. When past met the presence and it was all good. It was the perfect moment. The perfection of life. When I will die, I will keep this final moment in my head and pass away with a smile.

I lost my little brother 7.5 yrs ago and this very song was always his favorite. I understand your pain and im not suggesting that time will heal your heartache, but i assure you that there will be a day where you will hear this song or see or do something that instantly links you to your son and a warm smile will replace the tears. I was told this would occur when i too was in tears, never believing it would occur but it did. I dont know when or how long it will take for you, but just know that this song will make you smile and feel warmth like youve never felt before.

AMEN Brother, it is the most Inspirationial and Spiritual Experience that I have had!!.. Listening to U2 and them being my favorite band of all time has been my Lifeline from God!!.. Thank you to this Brother for putting this mix together from Probably one of the most Iconic band of all time!!.... I have wanted to go to one of their concerts for years, but have never been able to afford it or go to it, maybe hopefully some day soon!!.. Keep on Touring Bono and the rest of U2 and maybe God willing, I'll be able to go soon as I'm 50 years old now, but I know it's still within my reach!!. God Bless all!!!!

Great upload - was there the night before and this was the highlight of the gig for me. Interesting to see at earlier gigs they didn't play the 'final' solo with the flashing lasers. Would have been disappointed to miss that climax

I wrote a comment a year ago, let me share with you, when I was listening this song I was really broke inside of me, we had lost our baby, the screaming of Bono at the beginning of the song become a relish for me, I scream it in my lonelines so many days and months for a row and let me go for the day was coming. Now we are expecting a baby again, we are healed but I'll never forget those moments. Thanks for the remix, stay strong, let you be weak when is the time, learn, fight and improve, you will get there. Love community.
