Ceiling Fan Wiring - Step by Step with Easy Diagram

This video makes up for my step-by-step Hunter ceiling fan installation for those who needed details on wiring their ceiling fan. I go into details and provide an easy-to-follow wiring diagram. If you have a red wire from the ceiling, you can use a second switch to control the light and the blades separately. If you don’t have a red wire, you can use a single light switch. Regardless, you can use the wireless remote for both blades and lights. The video includes wiring from the ceiling to a ceiling fan receiver to the ceiling fan.

Great video with the correct wiring diagram. Hunter should use your expertise with their instructions manual which had me baffled. That red wire is now capped. And now the fan works correctly with the remote and switch as it was made to do. Thank you 🙏!

Today I tried to install a universal remote to my fan,,I got stuck. My fan has only 3 wires; B/W/G. So wasn't sure where to wire the blue wire coming from the Receiver?
