Ceiling Fans in my new house

I moved in to a sweet house with lots of Casablancas in it!

I like the Spirit Of Saturn, it'll look good with the shorter downrod. I also LOL'd at your description of the Wal Mart fan, "It's a .. Wal Mart ceiling fan." Cool mini tour of the house as well! Looks like a nice place.
