This is wonderful! I feel the size is the group is great because there is safety in numbers and since all are grown women, they will act accordingly insha Allah, no matter how many scholars are leading the group. ❤

I would love to join the Umrah Trip this year. It’s too bad Jerusalem isn’t included this time given the situation.

I would go if this Celebrate Mercy Umrah is not through Dar Es-Salaam. I went with Dar Es Salaam for Hajj in 2010 alone and it was not a good experience. Even though accommodations were good, the first day I arrived I was left on my own. When I asked my Group Leader who will come with me (and another lady who was by herself) during Tawaf he said it’s something we can do on our own. Luckily a young couple offered to take me with them as the husband had already performed Hajj. I was so grateful to them and it made a huge difference to my first day. I was not included in updates as I had no Mahram, even though I was told before the trip that this was islamically acceptable and that the group leader will be my Mahram. None of it was true.

At the 44mins Mark when Shaykha Ayesha Prime is making Duaa during Tawaf. Why is a lady putting her hans on Shaykha Prime’s shoulder? Isn’t it distracting for Shaykha Prime? I hope participants give their space to scholars accompanying them on the trip.

But the size of the group is 90, that’s quite big, given there is only one woman Scholar I wonder how will this work out if there are more than 40 or 50 women joining
