Yeah it was wild in FL. I'm a good ways east of Tampa but we still had the storm path directly on top of us here in Polk in the part I stayed in. Power came back quick at my place (I live on the same power grid as a hospital), but my mom's place was without it for 5 days. I watched power go dark all over the county through ups systems sending me emails from work lol. Was like yep, I'm gonna be busy after the storm and I was. On to wow, I still want s3/s4 dragonflight back. M+ was so much better. S3's raid was better outside of Fyraak being incredibly overtuned initially. Queen this time around even on heroic is kinda rough. I don't feel like the mechanics are marching orders sort of bad, but still not something the general populace is really good at. Still feel like they're targeting a playerbase that doesn't really exist anymore. Eventually the bean counters over there at Blizzard gonna figure out they're spending a lot of dev time on something 2-3% complete while it's current content and we'll see a more accessible experience at the high end.

Just feels wrong to celebrate with the State of M+/gearing. Still, glad for everyone that can still enjoy the game.

It's enjoyable if you're not trying to be on the cutting edge of progression. It's always been a grind to gear in WoW. As for the M+ echosphere, yes it needs intervention of some kind but that's a player base issue, not a game issue.

We've had many shitty seasons. This celebration is more grand than those times. It's impressive that this game and IP are still going.

@@davidpeat184 nah, i think that´s definitely not a playerbase issue. that is 100% on Blizzard. DF S3 was so wonderful because people tht were only there for the gear could be carried along with everyone else and then when it got hard only the players that were there for the challenge remained. Forcing everyone into the hard content because every other gearing option is not satisfying at all just leads to frustration which leads to toxicity. they should really keep the hard stuff really optional for transmog and co only. maybe give us a m+ loggin warband screen for 3,5k and everyone would be more than happy without geargating needed at all.
