April marks Paramount's 40th year in business. Kenn started his business journey in 1984 as Fox Music Company, and later re-named the business Paramount Record Shop, as a tribute to the legendary blues label from Grafton, Wisconsin in the 1920's. Hooray, Record Store Day at Paramount Record Shop in Watertown, Wisconsin, on Saturday, April 20th! Looking forward to it. It is very cool to note that "Paramount" in the store's name is in tribute to the legendary 1920's Blues label from Grafton, Wisconsin, honoring the greatest Blues artists from that time period.
