I remember finding you when the fires happened. I had dear friends there who lost their home in the fire! My gf at the time didn't understand why I kept watching your videos in particular. I told her that there was something different about you, something special about you. I remember the quiet and bashful Dawn, the confused Will trying to figure out why his channel kept growing, Honey Bear barking at the ducks, all the decisions you had to make concerning YITS, Dawn breaking out of her shyness and showing us her unintended comedy, but most of all... My discovering the reason I was attracted to you two; it was because you were real, sincere, with no pretenses, and you projected love. This became etched in concrete as your success grew and jealous KZbinrs started attacking you. I watched you handle hate and malice with class, wisdom, forgiveness, and love. Congratulations on 7 years on You Tube! I absolutely love your channel. The Smokey Mountains is one of my favorite places to vacation. I love that we got to meet you both during the Rod Run 2022. We were there again New Years weekend. It was way more crowded than during the car shows which we try to attend every September. Thanks to your channel, we visited the Winterfest Light walk down by the Riverwalk at the island. It was beautiful and so enjoyable. It had been a long time since we had been there for the Christmas season and we so enjoyed the lights in Gatlinburg/ Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. ( The traffic not so much. Lol.) The weather was warm. We didn't do a lot of activities. It was mostly just a getaway to relax weekend as I help care for my mom and needed the rest. Anyway, thanks for your very informative channel about things to do in the area and places to eat. We had to hit Texas Roadhouse in Sevierville for a nice steak and Fudruckers for a great hamburger experience. Here's hoping you reach 100,000 subscribers this year. Hope to see you all again on another trip there this year. Take care!

It happened about a week after we came back and we were devastated. I started watching you guys the year after that and found alot of things to do and lots more things we want to do. When I moved to middle Tennessee in 94 I was called a Damn Yankee! I asked what that meant, it's a Yankee who came and didn't leave. Lol. We love Gatlinburg, decades of memories. I live in New Brunswick (east coast of Canada). My daughter moved to Tennessee in 96 to work and has been there ever since. She has married and has a family now and lives in Knoxville. I have driven down almost every year since and have spent weeks on end in pigeon forge/gatlinburg. I have become somewhat disabled in the last few years and can’t travel so your videos make me very nostalgic. One day I watched one of your videos and I saw the road that took us up to a mountain where she got married in a big beautiful lodge in Wears Valley. I was so excited to see that.
