We had to fence in our garden to keep the neighbors dog out. We put up what we thought was rabbit proof fencing but the baby rabbits are amazing at fitting into small places so had to reenforced the lower part with chicken wire. We also had to make sure the chicken wire went into the ground because those rascally little rabbits can tunnel under. This year, we are redoing our entire fence. We kept out the rabbits but then the deer were coming over the top. HA! So.. higher and smaller mesh. My tomatoes won’t be even close ripening until late August early September. Will enjoy watching the contest though. Good luck to all.

I was watching back then, I remember you sharing your scary news, but God answered our prayers and thankfully, He wasn’t through writing your story. Excited to see y’alls little sheep. Since I am getting older by the minute, and the trees around me are getting so big that I do not get very much sun to grow most vegetables, I only grow a few veggies but I do enjoy growing flowers. I think your channels are the best for many reasons but one that stands out to me is that it’s never a “prepare for the bad times coming”. It’s always down to earth and creative to me. I get too much anxiety from prepping stuff and God knows I can’t watch politics anymore or I’d have a stroke. When my anxiety hits I literally binge watch you and Epic.

Tomato chalenge. As each year I started my tomato seedlings. More this year - for my daughter’s new garden. 35 seedlings sprouted nicely ( I do it on the wet paper towel under my TV - on warm video player. ) Planted into plastic cups. When they were starting the first true leaves, they ALL DRYED from top down. All of them!!! It never happened to me before and I have no idea WHY !?

Congratulations 🎉🍾 on the 1 mil. Been with your channel almost since you started. You’ve helped me a lot with great tips on what to do and what not to do. Keep counting your blessings as I do also. Gardening is such a blessing since having to quit farming in Wisconsin, moving to Texas and unable to have even a garden. But bought a 2.5 acre home mostly in the woods in east central Texas and can now grow as much as I can handle. Doing more trees and raised beds every year and able to bless others with food or plants to start theirs also. Thanks for your inspiration !

Are you kidding me? KZbinrs have weeds? You bring my heart joy! Recently diagnosed with lymphoma and deciding my back lawn needs to go! Organically grown and sustainable gardens are my goal. I’m too late this year but will be working on the hardscape and prep work. I’m hoping to upcycle filing cabinets for raised beds, so would love your input, even if it’s just to point me to videos that could help. Hi Brian, If you do not know about Pulse Point and, or Scaner Radio Pro, I suggest you download the apps. Living up in Descanso, Ca. I use every day. Select the area, sherrif or police, Calfire. For Scanner Radio Etc. For Pulse point it is a Map. Pin point location of emergency fire, medical, etc. Hope this helps to relieve your anxiety. It certainly relieved mine. I work in an RV park and have to keep an eye on the sky all year. I just ordered your book. I also help with the landscaping and find your information so valuable. Congratulations on your million, this is so exciting and love to. Following you.
