My daughter is a hospice nurse. One of her clients was being cared for by an older woman who changed her name to “Serpentfoot” because her family was embarrassed by her eccentric lifestyle and beliefs. She shut down a city council meeting by starting to remove her clothes when she didn’t get approved to say the opening prayer (her own religion) for the meeting. She was trying to make a point about separation of church and state. I was happy to congratulate her for putting up the good fight. A very interesting person.
