我以前17年还是18年第一次去吃海底捞的时候，那个时候服务员给我推荐的用来吃羊血的干碟用的就是翠宏，当时我一吃发现羊血或者鸭血等各种配这个干碟真的绝了， 特别羊血本来有一定那种本身的血香味，配起来就很好吃。找了很久海底捞干碟是哪个供应商之类的，最后才搜到是翠宏这个牌子的干碟，下单带回来从19年用到现在。 真的很万能，腌料可以用，泼油还是麻婆豆腐的中途炼辣椒油都可以用，稍微有那么一点点盐度但是问题不是那么大，刺激感很独特也很有味。 小马不知道有没有吃过单山蘸水，下次除了翠宏那个也可以试试。

omg he ate the whole garlic bruh my mom makes them with the broad bean noodles idk my mom be feeding me lots of acquired foods like pig ears duck tongue pork blood pork trotters. meanwhile my dad buys me like raisin bran cheerio frosted flakes and egg sausage on an english muffin... when he remembers otherwise wait for him to get home to make a bowl of noodles with like cabbage and tomatoes
