拍黃瓜, put either salt or soy sauce, but dark vinegar 鎮江醋 or balsamic, garlic & seseam oil are must. Normally i don't put soy sauce (or just a little). I also like stir fry chicken & spread on top to add more flavour.

我家拍黄瓜的调料有：crushed garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, Chinese vinegar, chilli oil, black pepper, herb salt.这种家常菜本来就是每个家庭依照自己的口味调整的，所以没所谓啦，但是我觉得一定不能少的就是香油。

Charlie, you don’t need a rice cooker. All you need is Instant Rice that you add hot water or microwave with some water for couple mins and you get the perfect rice! No undercooked or over cooked. And most importantly, no washing up 😊

some Chinese celebrities eat boiled vegetables to stay thin. i follow this instagrammer she basically reveals how older celebs stay so youthful and thin or lose weight and they eat a lot of veggies and not many refined carbs. some of them wont even eat grapes because of the high sugar content. that's wild to me i cannot live without fresh fruits it's just soo yummy 😋

British food like Sunday Dinner / Sunday Roast. mashed potatoes is my fave of all time i get it from Popeyes highkey that gravy tastes better than Kfc gravy. there's this British / English Tiktoker she makes these British dinners as well as takeaways and it just looks soo good 😊

拍黄瓜不需要放盐，或者说放少量 调味即可，多数放味精，黄瓜放盐放多了 黄瓜的水分就被榨出来了，黄瓜就很软烂。。那就成腌黄瓜了。。 多数就是 味精 醋 蒜末，有些地方喜欢加香菜 或者辣椒。。

internet always slam British food but its pretty good i went to London years ago and had beans for breakfast it's a lot heartier than cereal and i think more nutritious than fried dough / bread. i also like fish and chips but i cant have fried stuff that's another thing to cut out for healthier lifestyle is what westerners say something about glyphosate
